Living Room -- Newly remodeled in 2019, Multiple couches/chairs/tables and a new sleeper sofa couch.
Laundry Room features new washer & dryer and entrance into the garage area
Kitchen -- Newly remodeled in 2019 quartz countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, high end GE appliances, custom center island with 2 stools, separate coffee/wet bar area (K-cup and regular coffee maker) and wine refrigerator and dining table with banquette seating for up to 6. All the other accessories needed to prepare a great meal or your favorite tropical drinks are provided. Looks over the pool and has a pass through to the lanai.

Lanai/Pool -- Large heated pool ~35' x 18' (irregular shape) and 3' to 4.5' deep, recently refinished. Lanai includes 2 comfortable loungers by the pool. Six chairs and table are located on the upper patio area that overlooks the pool. Some pool floats and toys provided.
Other -- Wi-Fi & cable TV, bed linens, towels, beach towels and starter paper products, soap and shampoo included. One car garage parking available. One small dog is permitted with additional $200 fee and owner approval in advance.
Per Sanibel City rules homes can only be rented once per 28 day period. All rentals from November through June require a full month rental period. Shorter times within the 28 day periods may be available (June - October) however there is a minimum charge for opening the house of 2 or 3 weeks (depending on the situation) since the home cannot be utilized the rest of the month and additional charges will be added to the nightly rate.
